Team Leadership

This two-day Team Leadership program is designed specifically to develop the leadership and management skills of managers and create a common language of leadership. It encompasses a series of development strategies to deepen and extend the learning so that it becomes second nature to set SMART goals, diagnose development level, and use the matching leadership style. This program allows leaders to develop their skills and easily share the concepts with their direct reports, getting them aware of the content and better at navigating conversations about their needs with their leader.

This one-day Management Essentials program is designed to help new managers successfully transition from individual contributor to leader of others. Management Essentials presents to the participants the three secrets of successful managers: Goal Setting, Appreciation, and Redirect. This program develops the three secrets through a conversational framework that is easy to understand and practiced by new managers. The solution also includes a fourth conversation, summarization, which is necessary to complete key conversations and help new managers increase the level of commitment and autonomy of the team members they coordinate.

Trust Effectively

This one-day Trust Effectively program is built on the ABCD Trust Model – a simple yet powerful tool that demonstrates the four elements of trust that are critical to creating and sustaining trustful relationships. The program reactivates individual and collective concerns to increase the confidence of the working environment and invites participants to explore levels of trust in their relationships with colleagues, subordinates, clients, partners, supervisors, etc. In addition, it provides them with a working framework and a practical process to support them when they want to strengthen their trust in the interactions with others. Participants gain awareness of and sensitivity to the behaviors that influence trust and learn how to build and sustain trust effectively.

Feedback Skills

This one-day Feedback Skills program uses a behavioral approach to demonstrate to the participants how to deliver four specific types of feedback. Utilizing a situational focus, leaders learn to identify the type of feedback that is most appropriate for the given situation. 

The program offers many activities and opportunities to practice the skills needed to make the feedback conversation as positive as possible, using it in one-on-one meetings, spontaneous interactions , processes in which managers assist the team and people in acquiring new skills.

Essential Coaching Skills

This one-day Essential Coaching Skills program is designed to give leaders the mindset, key skills and process they need to accelerate development and bring out the best in their people. It increases participants’ ability to integrate coaching and supportive behaviors into their current leadership style. The program provides a practice space and an opportunity to learn attitudes and behaviors that increase the impact of listening, helping managers to be better leaders. Participants discover that when they are truly listened, people become more autonomous, cooperate better, better capitalize their strengths, make decisions and solve problems by building on their constructive values. It is the ideal follow-up program to the Team Leadership, helping the learners to better understand and master the more supportive leadership styles, and help their people progress faster.
