Systemic Executive Delegative Processes Team And Organizational Development

Delegative Processes for Systemic Team and Organizational Development

Two intensive days to acquire specific very practical skills to better manage and coach executive teams as performance-focused, collaborative and success-focused groups. This advanced workshop is specifically tailored for leaders, project and network managers, team and organizational coaches and team-building consultants.

This workshop proposes a process of transformation for teams and organizations which can be implemented either by training or advice or in a more emergent way, through a management approach or systemic coaching. This approach has been proven to achieve both measurable and operational results in record time.

METHODOLOGY

"Delegated processes" constituted a range of conceptual and practical tools that allow managers, coaches, and consultants to support teams and organizations better. Beyond the development of efficiency in conducting meetings, this method provides for real cultural evolution. It facilitates the development of people and teams, of co-responsibility, of delegation, of transversality, of autonomy, and of project management. This model, developed by A. Cardon, is based on his approach of "meeting diagnosis" and "team and company culture", and is shaped by a systemic coaching approach.

The program is essentially based on "turnkey" acquisition and individual and collective training of the tools of "delegated processes," including "delegated meetings," in order to grasp the philosophy, the outcome, the difficulties and subtleties of implementation and the role of the manager or coach towards the team and organizational support.

OVERVIEW

The workshop consists of 2 days (14 hours) of learning and practice. The workshop is a Continuous Coaching Education Units program accredited by the International Coach Federation. The program is now being delivered virtually while maintaining the same impact and high-quality standards.

OUTLINE AND OUTCOMES

A new systemic perspective on the means to develop teams and mold them into truly collaborative and powerful working environments, resolutely focused on achieving performance-based results.

A series of specific tools allowing each participant to create such an environment within their own teams and organizations, or as coaches and consultants. These tools are free of rights and can be immediately implemented following this workshop.

A new understanding of the effective delegation contexts that everyone can create as a manager, or support as a coach.§ Personal behaviors that will allow each participant to define and assume the relevant posture of a leader or team coach.

Awareness and tools to support large groups or systems of more than fifty employees, focusing on the development of their collective strategic and operational success.

New tools to implement a better circulation of information, take collective decisions and communicate them, ensure their follow-up, develop action plans, etc. within teams and organizations.

This workshop proposes a process of transformation of teams and organizations, which can be implemented either by training or advice, or in a more emergent way, through a management approach or systemic coaching. This approach has been proven to achieve both measurable and operational results in record time and to transform the management culture within international organizations.

* Basic knowledge of coaching and management is useful, as this workshop does not cover the fundamentals of the posture of these two professions.
