Systemic Coaching Fundamentals is an ICF ACSTH validated program

The objective of this course is to achieve the strategic elegance of systemic management/coaching mastery.For those who perceive that they need to develop their systemic leadership, manager, or coach posture, with the characteristic systemic presence conducive to client/employee, team, and organizational development.

 Consequently, this training program on the Fundamentals of Systemic Management & Coaching Mastery is for confirmed consultants and coaches, for leaders who want to develop themselves to break through to their next level of awareness and skills, and for high-potential managers who wish to add a systemic coaching posture and behaviors to their other personal and people-management competencies. 

Participants:  High-potential managers, leaders, consultants, internal or external coaches i.e., future systemic coaches. An engagement to attend the complete cycle is necessary.

This is a great program for individuals and teams. It serves to accompany professionals and systems as they work through their current personal, professional, and collective issues, in order to provide them with new, practical options. This two-day intensive workshop is meant to be a detailed, in-depth self-coaching and team-team-coaching process. It aims to provide individuals and teams or networks with insights on how they deploy skills as managers, coaches, and teams in their REAL, current situation. One that really concerns them and in which they truly want to progress. Based on a number of complementary theoretical models, on systems thinking, on the quantum theory of time, space and energy, on linguistics, etc. this program is designed as a confronting learning experience. Two intensive days to acquire specific, very practical skills to better manage and coach executive teams as performance-focused collaborative and success-focused environments. This advanced workshop is specifically tailored for leaders, project and network managers, team and organizational coaches, and team-building consultants. The participants will acquire:

A clearly defined, systemic understanding of how to build success oriented and truly empowered participative teams.

A set of practical tools to create such delegation environments in their own teams, or in client teams and organizations. Personal behaviors that will allow each to assume pertinent postures as team members, team leaders, or team coaches.

Systemic delegation processes are communication tools that permit major shifts in team and organization paradigms and cultures. They facilitate collective growth, better transversal collaboration, ownership, accountability, team maturity, and focus on results, constructive confrontation, and general business sense.

Basic understanding of management and coaching is necessary, as this workshop will not cover the fundamentals of a management or coaching posture.

Risk Management (Cubes) Coaching Workshop

This is a practical workshop for entrepreneurs, leaders, managers, coaches, consultants. There are two intense days of exploration and preparation on how to radically change personal and corporate frames of reference as to how you, individuals, teams, and organizations set goals and achieve their results.

The workshop is designed around a goal-setting and achievement exercise that reveals individual and collective risk-management strategies and processes. It has been successfully used to accompany risk management development for airline pilots, bankers, entrepreneurs, sales forces, high potential sports champions, etc. Be prepared to participate actively.

On a more personal note, these two days are about both personal life development and professional and career cycles. About the essential learning themes, each of our past and future decades can reserve. This workshop is focused on major life transitions or passages or how we transform as we grow and mature over time. It helps reveal systemic patterns and instinctive strategies in how we interface with our partners, teams, and families in how we collaborate and compete with ourselves and others to push limits and grow potentials.
