Individual and Team Breakthrough Process

Two intensive days of training on the operational dimension of management and individuals, teams, and organizational coaching. If it is centered on an approach of breakthrough or "rupture," it must also be very concrete and measurable. Therefore, this training is both very practical and is part of a frame of reference and tools to support customers to achieve a radical increase in their qualitative and quantitative results.

METHODOLOGY

This training is based on a practical synthesis of different approaches to support the transformation of a classic or "budgetary" frame of reference for setting and achieving objectives to bring about exceptional performances, breaking with the past and reframing (NLP) team support.

From questions/answers, treatment of illustrative cases brought by the participants, work of appropriation and application in subgroups, stories, and examples from the practice of Alain Cardon, etc. The work is essentially based on how the participants use their own breakthrough approaches. The participants carry out an individual and collective practice (use in individual coaching, diagnosis of teams, and companies).

OVERVIEW

The workshop consists of 2 days (14 hours) of learning and practice. The workshop is a Continuous Coaching Education Units program accredited by the International Coach Federation. The program is now being delivered virtually, while maintaining the same impact and high-quality standards.

OUTLINE AND OUTCOMES

Acquire a practical tool to better support people, teams, and organizations in the development of their performance (qualitative, quantitative, financial, etc.).

Reflect on their own challenges (as a manager and coach) in relation to success, and on one's own values in relation to the business world, and possibly modify them.

Results: Participants can:

Revisit their objectives and expected results for the current year in the chosen fields in order to revalue them according to a reassessment of their potential.

Replace restrictive beliefs and limiting personal and collective behaviors with others capable of allowing the full expression of their talents and potential.

Acquire an approach by which they can support their teams, organizations, and customers in achieving financial results, quality, growth, security, in an extraordinarily record time.

Reconsider their reference frameworks on how certain organizations achieve annual growth rates of more than 20%.

Learn a delegation process centered on obtaining results that can allow their teams and organizations to develop in the expression of their full potential.

Develop the appropriate posture to support teams and client organizations in the design and implementation of success processes, allowing them to become the benchmark for success in their market.

* Basic knowledge of coaching and management is necessary, as this workshop does not cover the fundamentals of the posture of these two professions.
