Risk Management (Cubes) Coaching Workshop

A two-day practical workshop for entrepreneurs, leaders, managers, coaches, consultants. Two intense days of exploration, and preparation on how to radically change personal and corporate frames of reference as to the way you, individuals, teams, and organizations set goals and achieve their results. The workshop is designed around goal-setting and achievement exercises that reveal individual and collective risk-management strategies and processes. It has been successfully used to accompany risk management development for airline pilots, bankers, entrepreneurs, sales forces, high potential sports champions, etc. Be prepared to actively participate.

Risk Management " (the Game of Cubes) in Management and Individual and Team Coaching. For coaches, the concrete objective of this training workshop is to share "turnkey" a coaching tool for the "inner game" of customers, PLUS, a 20-page implementation protocol.

METHODOLOGY

A practical synthesis of the notions of "Passages," of "Scenarios," resulting from a Transactional Analysis, and of various management and individual and team coaching practices developed by Alain Cardon, all shaped by a systemic approach to coaching. Basically, it depends on participation in, and the acquisition of, a very effective "turnkey" exercise that the participants experience and take away. From experience lived and exploited by the participants: questions/answers, treatment of illustrative cases, work of appropriation, and application in sub-groups. Stories and examples from the practice of Alain Cardon.

OVERVIEW

The workshop consists of 2 days (14 hours) of learning and practice. The workshop is a Continuous Coaching Education Units program accredited by the International Coach Federation. The program is now being delivered virtually, while maintaining the same impact and high-quality standards.

OUTLINE AND OUTCOMES

A clear understanding of their personal and professional behaviors with regard to the perception of their limits and how they achieve their goals.

A new perspective on their deep motivations when they define and are moving towards their ambitions.

Significant awareness of the effects of the environment, of competition, of their relationship to the collective and to the hierarchy in their approaches to success.

A new understanding of their role when they manage and accompany other people in risky situations and of their success.

A good assessment of their entrepreneurial skills and their ability to work in a team and in an organization.

A precise diagnosis of their career management strategies and their current situation, in order to define and implement new professional challenges. A new perspective on their main criteria and challenges when they manage people, teams, and organizations with a view to obtaining performance.

A systemic vision of physical, social, psychological and existential factors in risk management.

A good understanding of the difference between the management of the non-risk of financiers, which is rather to minimize losses, and entrepreneur risk management, which is rather to maximize gains.
